Terms and conditions and policies may be changed from time to time, so please check these regularly for any updates.
By booking classes at Sacred Garden Yoga you agree to our terms and conditions, policies and also accept our liability waiver. Classes are open to everyone over the age of 16. Children under the age of 16 may attend classes if approved by the teacher and ONLY if accompanied by a parent/carer in the class. Please arrive in good time for your class as late arrivals may not be admitted. Mobile phones must be switched off or on silent to avoid disruption to the class.
Sacred Garden reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or refuse service to anyone whose conduct is, or may be deemed to be in our reasonable opinion, injurious to the character of the Studio, to other customers, or amounts to a breach of Terms and Conditions. Persons exhibiting abusive or threatening behavior, language of a profane or discriminatory nature will not be tolerated by Sacred Garden. Such persons will be asked to leave the premises immediately and in this instance no refunds will be given. Sacred Garden reserves the right to place a ban on future entry for persons guilty of what we consider inappropriate behavior as outlined above.
Sacred Garden reserves to make alterations to the type of facilities and services provided, without notice and in it’s absolute discretion and shall not be liable for any loss occasioned by such alterations.
Personal belongings that are brought onto the premises, teaching space or parking areas are left at your own risk. Sacred Garden does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a scheduled activity is cancelled by Sacred Garden you will receive a full refund. If you are unable to attend for any reason it is your responsibility to cancel your place. If you have any questions about cancellations or need assistance please email [email protected]
Classes
Class bookings are not eligible for refunds.
Workshops & Courses
Unless stated otherwise on your booking confirmation, cancellations up to 2 weeks in advance will receive a refund minus any deposit agreed on booking. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the start of the event cannot be refunded.

Liability Waiver
By participating in classes at Sacred Garden, I hereby agree the following:
That I am participating in any classes and activities offered by Sacred Garden entirely at my own risk.
I recognize that exercise requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and that I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I understand that during these classes and activities I may receive information and instruction about yoga, physical exercise or health, however instructors may not be qualified health professionals.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult my GP prior to and regarding my participation in classes and activities. I assume full responsibility for my own wellbeing, body, fitness level and medical conditions in regards to my participation in these classes and activities. I understand that all movement/activities are optional and that I am able to decline participation in any activity/movement according to my individual needs.
I accept that it is my responsibility to inform my teacher at the start of each and every class I attend of any injury or health condition that I may have, but that my teacher or Sacred Garden is in no way responsible for any worsening of any condition I may have as a result of attending a class or activity.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the classes and activities, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damage, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the programmes offered by my instructor. I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against my instructor for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in these classes and activities.
I understand that from time to time during the classes and activities, the instructor may physically adjust the students’ form and posture. If I do not want any physical adjustments, I will inform the instructor at the beginning of the class or activity I attend. I also acknowledge that if I receive adjustments, it is my responsibility to inform the instructor when an adjustment has gone as far as I desire at that time.
If I am pregnant I understand that I participate fully at my own risk and that of my unborn child/children. If pregnant, I will be responsible for notifying the instructor as classes may not be suitable during certain stages of pregnancy.
If I am participating in a gong bath I understand that due to the powerful nature of the vibrations, gongs should be avoided in pregnancy, if I have recently had an operation with metal insertions (plates/screws), have epilepsy, am particularly sensitive to sound (tinnitus/meniere’s) have severe osteoporosis, severe mental illness or have a pacemaker. If I have any of these conditions or any other medical concerns which may be affected by sound/vibration, that I declare these prior to participating in a sound session and that I undertake participation entirely at my own risk.
I agree that Sacred Garden is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings and I hereby take full and sole responsibility for my own personal property while I attend a class or activity at Sacred Garden.
Covid-19
I understand it is my responsibility to ensure that I only attend class if I am symptom free, fit and well and have no suspiscion that I have coronavirus. I will not attend class during any self -isolation period or if members of my household are self-isolating due to coronavirus.
Online Classes
Classes undertaken online are done so entirely at the participant's own risk. Sacred Garden accepts no responsibility for any injuries sustained whilst partaking in online classes. The exemptions outlines above apply to online classes and it should be noted that these cover any additional people observing the class or partaking who have not signed up personally online. Due tob the nature of online teaching, it is impossible for the teacher to see everyone in the class all of the time, so Sacred Garden can not accept any responsibility, nor can they be held responsible for anything that you choose to do with your body in the comfort of your own home. By partaking in any online classes you are entering into a contract whereby you agree to take full responsibility for yourslef during all online classes and for your use of audio or video products produced by Sacred Garden. Listen to your body, rest when you are tired and let your teacher know if there are any serious medical conditions they need to be aware of prior to your practice.
Sacred Garden can not be held responsible for any failure on behalf of internet providers.
I agree that neither I, nor my heirs, assigns or legal representatives, will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Sacred Garden, it’s instructors or it’s members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above under my own free will and by booking a class with Sacred Garden indicate my assent to them.

The security of personal information is a high priority. The website and all associated data is maintained with technical, administrative and physical safeguards to protect against loss, unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification and improper disclosure. Sacred Garden is committed to providing reasonable and appropriate security controls to protect our website and the information contained within against foreseeable hazards.
Information we collect and how it is used
To make a booking with Sacred Garden, users are asked to provide certain information including name, phone, email and address. This information and your booking history will be stored electronically on Bookeo for two years and on a secure encrypted server. Any paper copies will be held by Sacred Garden in a dedicated secure storage space for seven years after the date of your last class with Sacred Garden. This data will be kept strictly for insurance and tax purposes and will be securely destroyed at the end of this term.
Payments for classes and services are securely processed via Paypal through the Bookeo platform. Your payment details and bank information is never seen by Sacred Garden as payments are handled externally via Paypal, however your Paypal email address is recorded when a transaction is completed.
Sacred Garden will not provide your information to any third party. If you have opted in to email updates/newsletter, you may cancel participation by following the unsubscribe link on each newsletter. Information you provide may be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to, one-off promotional e-mailing, direct mail and sales contacts.
